Gila Tools processes and ships all orders via UPS

Shipping Time:
  1. For orders placed before 3:00pm PST, we will ship out on the same day if everything in the order is in stock.
  2. For orders placed after 3:00pm PST, we will try, but not committed, to ship on the same day. All other orders will be shipped out on the next business day.
  3. For Saturday Delivery, please call us to discuss before order is placed.
 
In the event of a back order, the customer will be notified by email or phone if possible and be made aware of the expected arrival date. We offer you the convenience to calculate shipping charge before you place the order. Please use our online tool to calculate shipping cost after you place items in the shopping cart.
 
All UPS delivery terms are determined by the carriers. Their stated days of delivery refer to business days, excluding weekends and holidays. In some areas, some services may not be available. Please chaeck out the UPS ground shipping map below to see when you can expect to get your order.


Free Super Saver Same Day Ground Shipping applies to orders over $99.00 to a single address, excluding shipping upgrades and sales taxes. GilaTools ship all orders that are in stock same day via UPS Ground. Free Super Saver Shipping is available only to United States addresses in the contiguous 48 states. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada are subject to an additional surcharged and duty. GilaTools reserves the right to change or discontinue Free Super Saver Shipping at any time.

All orders require a correct and complete shipping address. In the event that packages are returned to us due to insufficient address, you will be contacted for clarification of the shipping address and the order will be subject to additional shipping charges if applicable. GilaTools will ship to APO, FPO or P.O. Boxes via USPS Priority Mail for extra charge, please call for shipping rate.

In the event that you need your order to arrive faster, we offer the following shipping upgrades for a fee:
  • UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day delivery before 10:30am
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 business days delivery
  • UPS 3 Day Select - 3 business days delivery
