The blade arrived in two days as was promised. Review by

The blade arrived in two days as was promised. We purchased it for cutting laminate flooring and after maybe a couple of dozen planks it seem to become dull. We were in hopes that it would last longer than a few boxes of laminate. (Posted on March 16, 2014)

I am a Remodeler and I needed a saw to cut Aluminum railings and balusters. I needed 8 1/4" X 80 Teeth. This was at first hard to find this size, and believe it or not it had to be a wood saw. To cut 6063 aluminum. The saw cut it like butter. Some other saw blade companies wanted as much as $100.00. (Posted on January 31, 2014)

40 tooth saw blade did the trick Review by

I recently purchased the 7-1/4" 40 tooth blade to use with my Skilsaw. With temperatures reaching into the high 90's It was time to bring out the air conditioners from the shed. Since I did not have the plastic sides for the the units I decided to cut plywood boards to fit the units while covering the gaps in the window. The blade made it easy because I did not need to sand the edges when I was done. It was a very smooth cut. With so many options on blades I decided to use Gila Tools and it dint disappoint. A good quality blade at a great price. I definitely will purchase again from the company. (Posted on July 2, 2013)

I have a cheap miter saw that takes an 8 1/4" blade and didn't have much choice in blades. This one was priced reasonable and makes nice smooth cross cuts. What more can you ask for? (Posted on May 30, 2013)

First, this is a true 8-1/4" blade, which is somewhat hard to find. Many blades say "8-8-1/4" and are just 8" blades. I needed a true 8-1/4" for my milwaukee panel saw and decided to give this a try as my alternative choice was $100. This blade produced a high quality cut, with minimal tear out when making unsupported cuts on 3/4" hardwood ply. Cuts were made across the grain of the face veneer and there was essentially zero chip out on the blade entry side and very little (say one1/16" or less chip every inch at most) on the exit side. This saw does not have a zero clearance insert and I imagine that you would be perfect cuts if placing it on a saw that does have one. Great blade at a great price. (Posted on March 15, 2013)

The blade was good for cutting laminated flooring planks without ripping the edges. I was skeptical that an 80 tooth blade would do the job, but it performed very well as explained

Saw Blade Review by

Owners of 6-1/2 inch saws have few options in finish cut blades for wood. The GilaTool 60-tooth blade is an excellent choice. In a Ridgid 6-1/2 inch framing saw it produces splinter-free cuts for me in 3/4 inch Chinese oak veneer plywood. This wood is known for its exceptionally thin veneer.

I bought this blade to utilize a 6 1/2" saw I have and have not used it yet but the blade looks good.
