The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Please see our Return Policy before returning your item.
To return an item, just follow these 3 easy steps:
1: Email sales@gilatools.com with your original sales invoice email you’ve receive from us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2: Place a copy of your invoice in the box and write your RMA number on the invoice.
3: Ship the product to: 1924 S. Lynx Place, Ontario, CA 91761
Note: Please save your tracking number, as this will be your proof of return and allows you to track the status of your return back to our warehouse. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping expenses associated with returning the item.
Missing Parts?
Please notify our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order if a part or item is missing. Missing parts are generally replaced within 10 days or less. Our Customer Care team can be reached at 888-850-0889 during normal business hours.
Damaged in transit?
Should your item arrive in a condition less than expected, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order so we can file a claim with the delivery company. Please retain everything that arrived, including all packaging material until the shipping company has completed their investigation.
